3. Fully integrated Health and Safety management information system (3-6 weeks)
Depending on what you need to align your management to, This stage can take many different routes and can take a matter of days or span several weeks/ months.
If you want to align to a single ISO standard or multiple ISO standards as well as other certifications such as Achiles or ConstructionLine.
By far the most common standards to align your documents, forms, policies and procedures to is ISO 9001 for Quality Management and ISO45001 for Health and Safety Management. Both if these standards are built on the same backbone design for modern management systems, consisting of 8 common areas.
This can provide great time savings for both internal audits that you conduct as well as making it much simpler, quicker and easier for external auditors to review your working practices.
